Hello, I'm Wyatt...
Owner and operator of Home Bodyworks. I was trained in Miami, FL at the Acupuncture and Massage College, and I have been working as a massage therapist for 4 years at a chiropractic office. I mostly work with veterans that have long term chronic pain and patients that have been in recent car accidents. My expertise is in therapeutic and sports massage, treating those that have had injuries, recent surgery, and chronic pain. When I'm not working, you can find me playing frisbee golf or lounging with my cat Tommy
My Story
In March of 2020, the world changed for everyone when COVID-19 shut down most businesses and schools. At this time I was a freshman at Iowa State University studying accounting, hoping to finish college by 2022. All of our classes then went online, as did most of the country. It was then that I realized that sitting at a computer all day was not the path for me. I missed being on my feet, walking from class to class and doing work that regularly kept me moving around. I decided that it was time for a change!

I made the decision to move to Miami, FL and look for a new career opportunity. At first I thought that business was still my path, just in a different realm than accounting. It was on a visit back home to my family in Iowa where I thought of the idea of trying massage therapy. When I got back to Florida, I enrolled at The Acupuncture and Massage College where I studied anatomy, physiology and pathologies, as well as Swedish, Shiatsu, and therapeutic massage. I earned my massage degree in August of 2021 with a certificate in the specialization of Shiatsu massage.

I then decided to make another change and move back to the Midwest to be closer to family. I arrived in Milwaukee and started working as a massage therapist at a local chiropractic clinic. It was there that I honed my therapeutic massage skills, working on patients with ailments stretching from chronic low back pain to stiff necks from car accidents. In May of 2022, I decided to venture out on my own and start Home Bodyworks with the goal providing therapeutic massage at an affordable price.
